Good morning, dear readers!
We hope you’re all feeling as energized as we are after yet another exciting and bustling day at Manor Courses. Yesterday was all about new beginnings and embracing creativity, as we welcomed some fresh faces to our language camp.
The day kicked off with a hearty breakfast at 8 am, ensuring our young learners had the fuel they needed for a day full of adventures. For the new children who joined us on Monday, it was time to show off their English skills. They took an English level test, an essential assessment that helps us understand each child’s language proficiency. This way, we can tailor our lessons to meet their individual learning needs and ensure they get the most out of their time with us.
Following the assessments, the children were taken on a campus tour, getting acquainted with their surroundings. Additionally, they were given an induction to their houses, where they received important safety advice and familiarized themselves with the camp’s rules. Ensuring their well-being and security is a top priority, and we want our campers to feel comfortable and safe during their stay.
As the afternoon rolled in, it was time for the children to unleash their creativity! Some participants opted for the movie animation activity, where they got to be directors and animators. They created unique characters and settings, and with patience and passion, photographed each movement their characters made to piece together an incredible video. Witnessing their imagination come to life was truly remarkable!
But the fun didn’t stop there! We wrapped up the evening with even more engaging activities and excitement. Laughter filled the air as friendships were formed, and the children continued to enjoy every moment of their summer camp experience.
As the sun set, it was time for a well-deserved rest. Our campers headed to bed with hearts full of joy and minds buzzing with anticipation for what tomorrow has in store.
